Hi, I am Olivia, co-founder of Guardian PT Billing.
I am a wife, a proud mom to my daughter Adley, and a revenue cycle professional who built my experience from the ground up inside a busy outpatient physical therapy clinic. For nearly four years, I have worked in every front office role including patient scheduling, customer service, insurance verifications, authorizations, and in house billing. I understand every moving part that affects whether a clinic gets paid properly and on time.
My partner and I share a combined fifteen years of outpatient PT experience. We have handled full in house billing operations, managed accounts receivable, fought denials, corrected documentation issues, and strengthened billing systems from the inside. We know what happens behind the scenes because we have lived it every day.
Guardian PT Billing was created from both experience and purpose. I wanted to build a career that reflects my work ethic, skill set, and determination while also being present for my daughter as she grows. Watching Adley grow each day is the greatest blessing of my life. Building a business that allows me to serve clinics with excellence while being there for my family is something I am incredibly proud of.
I am known for being persistent with insurance companies, organized in every detail, and unwilling to accept unpaid claims that should be reimbursed. I believe physical therapy practices work too hard to leave revenue uncollected. Every visit represents effort, care, and expertise. You deserve to be paid for it.
